Before you apply

• What happens next

  We first email you a link to confirm your address. Then we read your application and reply by email. We reply within two business days.

  If we can take you on, we agree the service and journeys with you and set up the first check together. Once your account is open and the journey is agreed, the first evidence arrives within minutes of the first run.

• Who the pilot suits

  A team or agency responsible for a customer-facing enquiry, booking, quote or purchase journey that needs to know when customers cannot complete it and to keep the evidence. Start with one site you are authorised to test.

  Checks run from Cloudflare edge locations. Regional and private runners are not offered during the pilot.

• Cost and evaluation scope

  Pilot accounts are opened by invitation, a few organisations at a time. We agree one important business service with you, set up the first journey together, and review the results with you.

  The pilot is free for 14 days, the same as the trial, and no card is needed to take part. An invited evaluation may temporarily enable reporting and other agreed features for one service, with explicit budgets and an expiry within the trial. At the end you choose a plan, or the organisation is suspended until you do; your journeys and checks are kept.

  After the pilot, plans are priced as on the pricing page. Prices exclude VAT.

• What we do with your details

  We use them to reply to you and, only if you tick the box, to tell you when we open to everyone. They are never sold or shared for anyone else's use; our hosting and database providers and the form's bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) process them for us, as the privacy policy explains. If you do not confirm your address within 7 days, we delete them. We also delete them on request: email privacy@scoutsentinel.com.
